General terms and conditions for reservations at Faloria Mountain Spa Resort. Governed by Italian law.
These Terms and Conditions govern all reservations made through faloriasparesort.com and the hotel's booking engine (Synxis/Sojern by Amadeus).
Reservations may be made through: (a) the official website booking engine; (b) telephone or email; (c) authorised travel agencies and GDS systems. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from the hotel. A credit card guarantee or deposit is required to secure all reservations.
Rates are in Euros (€) inclusive of Italian VAT (IVA) at 10% for accommodation services. City tax (tassa di soggiorno) is not included and is payable directly at the hotel at checkout at the rate set by the Comune di Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Cancellation, modification and no-show conditions vary by rate plan and depend on the specific terms set in the booking engine at the time of reservation. The exact policy applicable to your booking is clearly displayed at the time of booking and confirmed in the email confirmation you receive following payment.
Common rate categories include flexible rates (cancellation possible up to a stated deadline) and non-refundable rates (charged at booking, no refund). Specific minimum stays and conditions may apply during peak periods (Christmas/New Year, February holidays, Easter, Maratona dles Dolomites, Milano Cortina 2026 events).
By completing your booking through our booking engine, you confirm acceptance of the rate-specific terms shown at that step. We strongly encourage guests to review these conditions carefully before confirming and to keep the confirmation email for reference.
Force majeure. In cases of genuine force majeure (Art. 1256 c.c.) we work with guests to offer rebooking or a credit note. Refunds in such circumstances are at the hotel's discretion.
Spa Faloria use is included for hotel guests during standard opening hours. Specific treatment bookings require 24-hour advance notice and are subject to their own cancellation terms. The restaurant serves hotel guests and outside visitors subject to availability.
JUMP 3000 S.R.L. is liable for hotel services as provided under Italian law (Arts. 1783–1786 Codice Civile). The hotel is not liable for: (a) injury or damage caused by the guest's own negligence; (b) indirect or consequential losses; (c) services provided by third parties where the hotel acts only as intermediary.
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under Italian consumer law (D.Lgs. 206/2005 — Codice del Consumo). Note that accommodation contracts are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 59(l) D.Lgs. 206/2005 where a specific arrival date is stated.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Belluno (BL), Italy — except where you are an EU consumer, in which case you retain the right to bring proceedings before your local courts.
